Lake Turkana is an alkaline Lake in the North of Kenya. It ‘s northern end is in Ethiopia. I have always wanted to go to this spot for a lot of reasons, one of them being the fossils of what are called hominids. There are some camps for misplaced people from the Sudan in the area where work is being done for mercy. Roger and Bob are somewhere up there and the latest report was that at 10 in the morning it was 110 degrees.
