President Matthew Harrison took some time from lunch to go and visit the children and some of the teachers at Redeemer Lutheran Church’s Childcare Center, during the District Convention in Dickenson. President Harrison obviously enjoyed the visit and it seems the children did as well. Pastor Wolters, Redeemer’s Pastor, and his wife Lisa are on the far right. Nikki Tyrell, School Director is in the center, teacher Kellie Kallenbach is next left and then Synod President Harrison.
The Synod officially celebrates National Lutheran Schools Week Jan. 21-27.
